SAN FRANCISCO – Four former employees are suing a games business, alleging unpaid overtime wages.

Adam Shaw, Peter Golightly, Justin Turner, and Joshua Stansfield, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated and the general public, filed a lawsuit April 12 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Wizards of the Coast LLC alleging failure to provide fair compensation to its employees.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were not fairly compensated during their employment by not being paid the correct minimum or overtime wages. The plaintiffs allege Wizards of the Coast failed to provide adequate meal breaks, maintain accurate payroll records or provide the correct compensation.

The plaintiffs seek a trial by jury, a permanent injunction against the defendant, all unpaid minimum and overtime wages, liquidated damages, business expenses and interest to be proven in trial, compensatory damages, economic damages, interest, legal fees and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys Matt Righetti and John Glugoski of Righetti Glugoski PC in San Francisco, Reuben D. Nathan of Nathan & Associates, APC in Newport Beach, and Ross Cornell in Long Beach.
