Contract 02

SAN FRANCISCO – A Massachusetts company alleges a former employee secretly formed his own company and transferred business away from it.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, injunctive relief and compensatory damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Karineh Khachatourian, Daniel T. McCloskey and Anjali Moorthy of Duane Morris LLP in Palo Alto.
