Arizona man alleges Virginia individual owes unpaid debt

SAN JOSE – A Maricopa County, Arizona resident has filed suit against a Virginia man alleging a debt remains unpaid.

Gerald D.W. North filed a complaint on May 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division against Stephen Rosenoff and Does 1 to 25, citing alleged breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between May 22, 2015, and Dec. 21, 2015, he suffered damages in the amount of $135,901.90 for money not paid, which is a breach of their agreement.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $135,901.90 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Heinz Binder and Ryan M. Penhallegon of Binder & Malter LLP in Santa Clara.
