Suit filed against several individuals over allegedly unpaid loans

SAN FRANCISCO – The Small Business Administration alleges it is owed payments for loans in default.

United States of America, COI3311 filed a complaint on June 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Jagtar Singh Otal, Parmjit Kaur Otal, Daljeet Singh Mann, Rajwinder Singh, Baljinder Sandhanwalia and Gurpreet Sandhanwalia alleging that they failed to pay the full amount of the loans.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants allegedly are guarantors of several SBA loans which they failed to pay in full.

The plaintiff seeks for the sum of $1,294,577.04 plus interest of $157.26 per day from Feb. 18 until the date of entry of judgment; $981,249.23 plus interest of $109.43 per day from Feb. 18 until the date of entry of judgment; $1,252,674.84 plus interest of $157.20 per day from Feb. 18 until the date of entry of judgment; all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Brian Stretch, Sara Winslow and Christina L. Goebelsmann in San Francisco.
