BAKERSFIELD – An Oregon company claims a Bakersfield resident is responsible for paying a debt owed by a company.
Western Acceptance LLC filed a complaint on June 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against Faye Pyle-Morero alleging breach of guaranty agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages as a result of unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds Pyle-Morero responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay plaintiff for the total principal amount of $507,326.45, being the guarantor for R.V. Peddler.
The plaintiff seeks payment of $507,326.45 plus interest in the amount of $26,852.88, plus interest rate of $191.11 per day from May 31, post-judgment interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
