According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Devon Antonne Moore and Lacole Regina Moore suffered damages and emotional distress. The plaintiffs hold Trans Union LLC, Equifax Information Services LLC and Experian Information Solutions Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly reported inaccurate information regarding the plaintiffs' accounts despite both plaintiffs providing disputes.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek actual, statutory, punitive damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. The plaintiffs are representing themselves.
