SAN FRANCISCO – A Massachusetts consulting firm alleges a Fresno corporation did not pay for services it provided.

Keystone Strategy LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Gerawan Farming Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 14, 2015, it entered an engagement contract with defendant as a consulting firm in support of defendant's counsel for a particular case and provided consulting services through the successful settlement of the said litigation in 2016. The plaintiff alleges the defendant did not fully pay plaintiff for all services rendered, which caused plaintiff to suffer monetary damages of more than $90,000 plus interest.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor, costs, damages, liabilities, interest and other relief as the court may deem appropriate. It is represented by Thomas J. D’Amato and Adam Koss of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley and Feeney in San Francisco.
