LOS ANGELES – A Reseda individual has filed a class-action lawsuit against a heating and air conditioning business over its calls to solicit its services.
Dave Alan filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on Sept. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Green Air Solutions Inc. and Does 1 through 10 alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in May, he suffered damages from being contacted several times on his cellular telephone by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Green Air Solutions Inc. and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly used an automatic telephone dialing system to contact plaintiff. He alleges his number is listed on the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks statutory damages and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Todd M. Friedman, Adrian R. Bacon and Meghan E. George of Law Offices of Todd M. Friedman PC in Woodland Hills.
