LOS ANGELES — A woman has filed suit against several individuals for alleged breach of contract, fraud, intentional and negligent misrepresentations.

Sandra Levy filed a complaint Oct. 26 in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Shay Priove, Eliran Damri and Doe 1-100, alleging that they failed to conduct business in good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 1, 2015, she was enticed by the defendants to become their partner in a corporation they were forming in return for her capital investment of $40,000. She was promised fair wage, access to banking, books and records, 50 percent net profit and commissions, documents state. Subsequently, the plaintiff purportedly provided the required $40,000 and $35,000 of labor and services, which all remains unpaid to date. Then on July 2015, the plaintiff allegedly found out that she no longer has access to banking or records and was  informed by the defendants that she had lost her investment. Then in December 2015, the plaintiff supposedly learned that the company was sold entirely to an unknown third party, thereby harming the plaintiff in the sum of $75,000 plus unpaid wages and commissions.

The plaintiff holds Shay Priove, Eliran Damri and Doe 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly misrepresented the business without real intention of making the plaintiff a true participant, failed to provide the plaintiff any of the amount due and failed to provide plaintiff any access, or information about the business operations.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, general damages of $75,000, attorney's fees and costs, treble damages of $225,000, costs of suit and further relief as the court may deem proper. She is represented by Mac E. Nehoray of Nehoray Legal Group in Calabasas.
