MyBusinessLoan.com alleges Skymedicus Inc. owes more than $85,000

SAN DIEGO – A Carlsbad lending company alleges borrowers have not paid a loan back in full.

MyBusinessLoan.com LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Skymedicus Inc., Mark Reder and Amy Holcomb alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 18, 2015, it and the defendants entered into a loan agreement, where defendants borrowed the principal sum of $125,000 for a term of 24 months with an interest rate of 14 percent per annum. The suit states that the terms of the loan state that the lender may accelerate and collect entire outstanding balance plus interest rate of 6 percent in the event defendant fails to pay due amount. The plaintiff alleges it is now owed the outstanding balance of $85,293.11 for the defendants' payment delinquencies.

The plaintiff holds Skymedicus Inc., Reder and Holcomb responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the loan according to the terms set forth in the contract.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant, consequential and compensatory damages of $85,293.11, interest, attorneys’ fees, costs and further relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Matthew J. Eandi of Eandi Law Group in Los Angeles.
