CALIFORNIA — A government is suing Abraham Muro Jr., aka Abraham Muro, an individual, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.
The United States of America on behalf of the Department of Education filed a complaint on Nov. 10, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Abraham Muro Jr. , aka Abraham Muro, alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that United States of America suffered damages due to unpaid debt. The plaintiff holds Abraham Muro Jr. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the principal amount of his debt plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $735.36 plus interest of $80.70 with further interest at 8 percent per annum accruing at 16 cents per day, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by William I. Goldsmith and Michael L. Goldsmith of Goldsmith & Hull in Northridge.
