OxGord claims counterfeit auto parts are being sold on Amazon by South Carolina company

LOS ANGELES – An after-market auto part manufacturer based in Los Angeles County claims a South Carolina business is using its name to sell counterfeit products online.

OxGord Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against The Chrome Warehouse LLC and Does 1 through 10 alleging trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business and reputation. The plaintiff holds The Chrome Warehouse LLC and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly sold counterfeit parts using the plaintiff's name on Amazon.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks award profits and damages to the plaintiff, injunction against the defendant, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Aryeh Kaufman of Law Office of Aryeh Kaufman in Los Angeles.
