Former Condor Gentlemen's Club dancers allege they were not paid a minimum wage

SAN FRANCISCO – Former exotic dancers claim they were misclassified as independent contractors and not paid proper wages by a San Francisco business.

Elana Pera and Sarah Murphy filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on Jan. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against S.A.W. Entertainment LTD, doing business as Condor Gentlemen's Club, alleging violation of California labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they sustained damages from not being paid the legal minimum wage and were not provided an itemized wage statements.

The plaintiffs seek damages, restitution, liquidated damages, interest, and all legal fees. They are represented by Shannon Liss-Riordan of Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in Boston , Massachusetts and Michael L. Freedman of Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in San Francisco.
