Individual alleged to owe more than $13,000 for student loan

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles County man is alleged to have not paid back a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Manuel Rodriguez III alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Manuel Rodriguez III failed to pay the principal amount of his debt including interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $13,774.45 plus interest of $6,090.75 with accruing interest at the daily rate of $1.65 plus all legal fees. It is represented by Jacquelyne M. Nguyen and Kseniya Y. Stupak of Law Offices of Jacquelyne M. Nguyen in Costa Mesa.
