According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in July 2014, he became disabled and applied for short-term disability benefits, which were denied. The plaintiff holds T-Mobile USA Inc. The plaintiff seeks pay the plaintiff disability benefits owed, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Brian H. Kim and James P. Keenley of Bolt Keenley Kim LLP in Berkeley.
