Law money 01

SAN FRANCISCO – A Palo Alto man alleges his former San Jose employer violated state labor codes and has filed a class action.

Gregory A. Bradford filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on March 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Flagship Facility Services Inc., and Does 1 through 10 alleging violation of California labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for the defendants from 2008 to 2014 as a cook. The plaintiff holds Flagship Facility Services Inc. and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to provide rest periods, failed to pay overtime wages, and failed to timely pay final wages.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, unpaid overtime wages, statutory damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by James R. Hawkins and Gregory Mauro of James Hawkins APLC in Irvine.
