According to the complaint, the plaintiff hired the defendant to provide shipping and warehousing services in June 2016. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, restitution, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Aaron Marienthal of Marton Ribera Schumann & Chang LLP in San Francisco.
