Individual alleged to owe more than $8,000 for loan, interest

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles County resident is accused of failing to pay a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Trina Y. Boyde, also known as Latrina Boyde, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Boyde failed to pay the principal amount of her debt including interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $2,811.28 plus interest of $6,039.05, with interest thereafter at 8 percent per year, $40 for administrative charge and all legal fees. It is represented by Jacquelyne M. Nguyen and Kseniya Y. Stupak of Law Offices of Jacquelyne M. Nguyen in Costa Mesa.
