Nautilus Hyosung America alleged to have violated state wage and hour laws

LOS ANGELES – A computer and technical support company is accused of failing to pay two former field service engineers a minimum wage.

Kirk McLemore and Rafay Mazhar filed a complaint on behalf of other similarly situated on March 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Nautilus Hyosung America Inc. and Does 1-20 citing the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage and hour laws.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they worked for the defendant as field service engineers during separate periods of time. The plaintiffs holds Nautilus Hyosung America Inc. and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay minimum wages to the plaintiffs, failed to provide adequate meal and rest periods, failed to keep accurate time records and failed to pay overtime wages.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek general damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, restitution, lost wages, statutory penalties, interest, all legal fees, disgorgement, and any other relief as the court deems just.
