Government alleges San Diego County individual failed to pay student loans

SAN DIEGO – A San Diego County resident is alleged to have defaulted on two student loans.

United States of America filed a complaint on March 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Quique Williams, also known as Quique H. Williams, alleging that the individual failed to settle a debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Williams failed to pay the principal amount of his debt including interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $5,332.06, plus interest of $11,929.08 with interest accruing thereafter at 8 percent per annum, principal amount of $770.50 plus interest of $735.90 with interest accruing thereafter at 3 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
