LOS ANGELES – A San Bernardino County man is alleged to have failed to pay two student loans.
United States of America, on behalf of the Department of Education, filed a complaint on April 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against John E. Mora alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Mora failed to pay the principal amount of his debts including interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $2,805.59 plus interest of $5,938.24 with interest accruing thereafter at 8 percent per annum, principal amount of $4,624.48 plus interest of $11,604.50 with interest accruing thereafter at 9.130 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
