Direct Access seeks payment of loan allegedly in default

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco corporation alleges two Las Vegas residents defaulted on a promissory note.

Direct Access LLC filed a complaint on March 27 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Ron Holmes, Asia Muhammad and Does 1 through 25 alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2010 and 2011, it issued loans to the defendants. The plaintiff holds Holmes, Muhammad and Does 1 through 25 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their obligation by failing to pay sums payable to the plaintiff based on their agreement.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $320,000.68, interest in the amount of $196,520.94, plus interest through the date of judgement, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by William W. Bunting III of Bunting, Drayton & Alward LLP in San Francisco.
