Individual alleged to owe more than $90,000 on student loan

SAN FRANCISCO – A California resident is alleged to have defaulted on a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on April 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Patricia Hirsch alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Hirsch failed to pay the principal amount of her debt including interest.

The plaintiff seeks the sum of $97,739.32 plus interest, attorney's fees in the amount of 33.33 percent of the debt and all legal fees. It is represented by Michael Cosentino in Alameda.
