Edge Systems, AXIA Medsciences allege Ageless Serums infringed patents

LOS ANGELES – Two California business allege a Texas limited liability company's facial infusion unit infringes its patents.

Edge Systems LLC and AXIA Medsciences LLC filed a complaint on April 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Western Division against Ageless Serums LLC alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they suffered damages to their companies from having their patented designs regarding microdermabrasion and hydradermabrasion systems infringed. The plaintiffs hold Ageless Serums LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly infringes plaintiffs' patents through its manufacture and sale of its Ageless Glow MD product.

The plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendant, profits, actual damages, other damages, treble and/or exemplary damages, all legal fees, profits, punitive damages, and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Brenton R. Babcock and Ali S. Razai of Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear LLP in Irvine.
