Bank of the West claims Pacific Coast Flange owes more than $200,000

SAN FRANCISCO – A Nevada corporation is accused of failing to pay an equipment lease.

Bank of the West filed a complaint on March 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Pacific Coast Flange Inc., Michael Harley Fite, Debbie Lynn Fite and Does 1 to 20 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Pacific and it entered into an equipment lease agreement and that the Fites executed a personal guaranty on the contract.

The plaintiff holds Pacific Coast Flange Inc., Michael Harley Fite; Debbie Lynn Fite and Does 1 to 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make payments.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $219,863.24, interest, punitive damages, immediate possession of the subject property, all legal fees, and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Marc T. Cefalu of Cox, Wootton, Lerner, Griffin & Hansen LLP in San Francisco.
