SAN FRANCISCO – Two individuals are alleged to owe more than $11,000 on a credit card debt.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on March 29 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Giok S. Lioe and Seng T. Lioe alleging open book account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Giok S. Lioe and Seng T. Lioe failed to pay the total amount of their credit card debt to the plaintiff plus applicable costs.
The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $11,458.26, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Erin E. Patterson of Suttel, Hammer & White, A.PC. in Bellevue, Washington.
