Natural Vision, creditor, sues defendants for disseminating property meant for collection

FRESNO — A man is suing Henry Rodriguez, Ruth Rodriguez, Noe S. Rodriguez, Audelia A. Rodriguez and 25 unnamed individuals, citing alleged fraud.

David B. Kaye M.D. Inc. d/b/a Natural Vision filed a complaint on April 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against the defendants alleging that they illegally transferred property that the plaintiff was entitled to.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from having the property transferred to other parties. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly intended to hinder or defraud the plaintiff from collecting the property.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and that the transfer of the property is void to satisfy restitution in the sum of $338,815.17 plus interest, exemplary and punitive damages, general damages, special damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Douglas Tucker, Amanda G. Hebesha and Kristina D. Garabedian of Tucker Chiu Hebresha Seymour PC in Clovis.
