Individual alleged to owe more than $12,000 on education loan

SAN FRANCISCO – A California resident is alleged to have defaulted on a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on April 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Israel C. Ndoro, also known as Israel Ndoro, Israel Chideya, Israel Chideya Ndoro, Israel Ndoro Chideya, Israel Ndoro Chideya and Israel N. Chideya, alleging that the individual failed to settle a debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Ndoro failed to pay the principal amount of a student loan debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks the sum of $12,888.12, all legal fees in the amount of 33.33 percent of the debt and court costs. It is represented by Michael Cosentino in Alameda.
