Woman alleged to have defaulted on student loan

SAN FRANCISCO – A California resident is accused of failing to pay a student loan debt.

United States of America filed a complaint on April 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Yvette A. Saunders, also known as Yvette Saunders, Yvette A. Hudson and Yvette Hudson, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Saunders failed to pay the principal amount of her debt plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks sum of $2,395.06 plus interest, attorney's fees in the amount of 33.33 percent of the debt, and all legal fees. It is represented by Michael Cosentino in Alameda.
