SAN FRANCISCO – A law firm alleges it wasn't paid for its services.
Soderquist Law Offices filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Adrian Wong, individually and as successor trustee of the Fong Family Trust U.D.T. and Does 1 through 10 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from not being paid for its services. The plaintiff holds Wong, individually and as successor trustee of the Fong Family Trust U.D.T. and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay them at the rate of $375 per hour.
The plaintiff seeks sum of $14,528 in damages, sum of $17,722 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Mark J. Bluer of Bluer & Bluer LLP in San Francisco.
