SAN FRANCISCO – A pedestrian alleges she was injured after being struck while walking in a crosswalk in San Francisco.
Deborah Nolan filed a complaint on April 3 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Stanford Armstead and Does 1 to 10 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 21, 2015, she suffered physical injuries when she was struck by the defendant's vehicle while walking along Sutter Street. She alleges she suffered a loss of wages, a loss of earning capacity and medical expenses.
The plaintiff seeks general damages, special damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by John Fitzpatrick Vannucci of Law Offices of John Fitzpatrick Vannucci in San Francisco.
