SAN FRANCISCO – A corporation alleges it was not paid for goods and services provided.
AOL Advertising Inc. filed a complaint on March 30 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Salesforce.com Inc., formerly known as Desk.com, and Does 1 through 20 alleging that they failed to settle their debt to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants are indebted to them for goods and/or services provided and have failed to pay the billed amount.
The plaintiff seeks amount of $19,553.28 plus interest at the rate of 10 percent, attorney's fees of $1,000, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Lorna Walker of Sweet & Walker PC in Daly City.
