Man seeks disability benefits from Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc. Long Term Disability Plan

Insurance 06

LOS ANGELES – A man alleges he is entitled to disability benefits he alleges were wrongfully denied.

Joseph Wronowicz filed a complaint on April 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against The Prudential Insurance Co. of America and Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc. Long Term Disability Plan citing the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he became disabled and applied for disability benefits but was denied. The plaintiff holds The Prudential Insurance Co. of America and Allied Specialty Vehicles Inc. The plaintiff seeks award benefits to the plaintiff, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Frank N. Darras, Susan B. Grabarsky and Phillip S. Bather of Darras Law in Ontario.
