State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance seeks money for alleged property damage in auto accident

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance firm is seeking more than $6,000 it paid to its insured for damages allegedly sustained in an accident.

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. filed a complaint on April 5 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Andres Saavedra Garcia, EZ Rent A Car and Does 1 through 5 seeking money for property damages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 28, 2016, its insured Satya Naidu was damaged in a collision that involved the defendants on Highway 101 in San Francisco. The plaintiff alleges Naidu suffered more than $6,000 worth of property damage and that the plaintiff paid that amount.

The plaintiff seeks property damages of $6,042.29, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Susan M. Benson of Benson Legal APC in Encino.
