SAN FRANCISCO — A property owner is suing John Raymond McGrorey, trustee of the John Raymond McGrorey revocable living trust, and multiple unknown individuals, citing alleged trespassing and nuisance.

A3C Holding I LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in the San Francisco County Superior Court alleging that the defendants willfully trespassed on plaintiff's property located on Eucalyptus Drive in San Francisco.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has suffered and will continue to suffer damages for loss of use and enjoinment of its property. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly willfully and intentionally removed plaintiff's fence and erected a wood structure that encroaches and trespasses on plaintiff's property. Defendants also allowed their dogs to trespass onto plaintiff's property.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all damages, costs of this suit and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Patricia G. Rosenberg of Haas & Najarian LLP in San Francisco.
