Individuals allege SendHub, Cameo Global failed to pay all of settlement payments

Contract 05

SAN FRANCISCO – Three individuals allege two Pleasanton corporations failed to honor a settlement agreement.

Ashley Rust, Garrett Johnson, Ryan Pfeffer and John Fallone filed a complaint on April 11 in the San Francisco County Superior against SendHub Inc., Cameo Global Inc. and Does 1-10 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they are former SendHub employees or consultants and that the parties entered into a settlement agreement in October 2016. The suit states the defendants agreed to make payments totaling $585,000 to the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs hold SendHub Inc., Cameo Global Inc. and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their settlement agreement with the plaintiffs for failing to pay the full amount.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Clifford E. Yin and David B. Anderson of Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP in San Francisco.
