SAN FRANCISCO – A landscaping services provider alleges that it was not paid for its services.
Brightview Landscape Development Inc. filed a complaint on May 19 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Build Group Inc., 45 Lansing Development LLC, US Bank and Does 1 through 30 seeking foreclosure for mechanic's lien.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided labor, services and equipment to Build Group. The plaintiff holds Build Group Inc., 45 Lansing Development LLC, US Bank and Does 1 through 30 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to fully pay the plaintiff for labor, materials and services it provided.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $64,921.37 plus interest, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Marion T. Hack and Luke N. Eaton of Pepper Hamilton LLP in Los Angeles.
