SAN FRANCISCO – A corporation doing business in California alleges that it wasn't paid for goods it provided to a restaurant.
Birite Restaurant Supply Inc., doing business as Birite Foodservice Distributors, filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Mercer Restaurant Group LLC and Matt Semmelhack, both doing business as AQ Restaurant, and Does 1 through 10 alleging that they failed settle their debt to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from not being paid for its goods. The plaintiff holds Mercer Restaurant Group LLC, Semmelhack and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the delivered goods.
The plaintiff seeks damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by David J. Cook of Cook Collection Attorneys in San Francisco.
