SAN FRANCISCO – A California corporation alleges that an individual failed to pay it for goods it provided.
Align Technology Inc. filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Douglas R. Prince and Does 1 through 10 alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods and other products to the defendants.
The plaintiff holds Douglas R. Prince and Does 1 through 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks $44,460.07, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by David J. Cook of Cook Collection Attorneys in San Francisco.
