Bank of the West alleges individual owes more than $120,000

Late 03

SAN FRANCISCO – A bank claims that a Texas individual defaulted on an agreement.

Bank of the West filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Russell P. Conner, doing business as Royal Rentals, and Does 1 through 20 alleging breach of equipment financing agreement.

According to the complaint, the defendants entered into an agreement in February 2015 with the plaintiff to finance equipment. The plaintiff holds Conner, doing business as Royal Rentals, and Does 1 through 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make timely payment to the plaintiff based on their agreement.

The plaintiff seeks the sum of $129,967.23 plus interest, damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Mark M. Scott of Buchalter in Irvine.
