Tenants allege owners of San Francisco property harassed them

SAN FRANCISCO – Two tenants allege harassment and mistreatment have made their San Francisco home unlivable.

Petra Blahova and Lucas Murgida filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Christian Bonifacio, Aldry Bonifacio, Annette Bonifacio, Louella D. Bonifacio, Bonifacio Family Trust and Does 1-25 alleging invasion of privacy, breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the defendants have waged a multi-year campaign to force them out of their apartment, including Christian Bonifacio banging on walls and shouting at them. The plaintiffs hold Christian Bonifacio, Aldry Bonifacio, Annette Bonifacio, Louella D. Bonifacio, Bonifacio Family Trust and Does 1-25 responsible because the defendants also allegedly refused to make repairs to their property.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek special damages, general damages, punitive damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by S. Elizabeth Miller and Andrew L. Younkins of Miller Farr & Associates in Oakland.
