SAN FRANCISCO – A Virginia corporation doing business in California alleges it was not paid for goods it provided to various companies.
Ferguson Enterprises Inc. filed a complaint on April 18 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Build Group Inc., Alta Laguna LLC, 55 Laguna LP, Wood Partners, HSBC Bank USA NA and Does 1 through 50 alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sold plumbing equipment and other goods to the defendants. The plaintiff holds Build Group Inc., Alta Laguna LLC, 55 Laguna LP, Wood Partners, HSBC Bank USA NA and Does 1 through 50 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoice sent by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks the sum of $68,357.90 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Michael I. Wayne of Law Offices of Michael I. Wayne, APC in Los Angeles.
