Wrongful death suit filed against 626 Jackson Street LLC, Great Star Production LLC

SAN FRANCISCO – The parents of a late California woman have filed a wrongful death suit after an incident at the Great Star Theater.

Anthony W. Fourdyce, Diane L. Fourdyce, and the estate of Kelsey C. Fourdyce by and through its successor in interest, Diane L. Fourdyce, filed a complaint on April 17 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against 626 Jackson Street LLC, Julie Lee, Harris Phillip Rosenbloom, Great Star Production LLC, George Kaskanlian, Ken Montero and Does 1-100 alleging wrongful death.

According to the complaint, Anthony W. Fourdyce and Diane L. Fourdyce are the parents of Kelsey C. Fourdyce. The suit states Kelsey C. Fourdyce attended an event at the Great Star Theater on May 10, 2015, and later died from injuries she sustained there. The suit states the decedent's body had evidence of blunt force trauma and an autopsy results found a date rape drug.

The plaintiffs holds 626 Jackson Street LLC, Lee, Rosenbloom, Great Star Production LLC, Kaskanlian, Montero and Does 1-100 responsible because the defendants allegedly allowed illegal drugs be used at their event and did not provide security.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek general damages, special damages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Robert B. Abel Jr. of Law Offices of Robert B. Abel Jr. in San Francisco.
