Farmers Insurance Exchange seeks more than $5,000 in damages from individuals

SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance firm is seeking damages after a collision in San Francisco.

Farmers Insurance Exchange filed a complaint for damages on April 14 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Yasman Diaz Hernandez, Carina Zendy Moreno and Doe 1 through Doe 30.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Farmers Insurance Exchange suffered monetary damages from having its insured's Kasha Shipp's vehicle damaged in a collision on U.S. 101. The plaintiff holds Hernandez, Moreno and Doe 1 through Doe 30 responsible because the defendants allegedly collided with the plaintiff's insured vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $5,974.13, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Gregg Strumwasser, David A. Leeds, Betty C. Machen and Vernon C. Tucker of Downs & Associates in Westlake Village.
