Law money 13

SAN FRANCISCO – Current and former territory managers for a California corporation allege that they are owed unpaid wages.

Robert Bankwitz, William Jacobo and Joshua Hernandez filed a complaint on May 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Ecolab Inc. and Does 1 through 100 citing California labor codes.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were not paid overtime and doubletime premium wages during their employment with the defendant.

The plaintiffs holds Ecolab Inc. and Does 1 through 100 responsible because the defendants also allegedly failed to pay minimum wages to the plaintiffs, provide compliant pay stubs and failed to provide legally compliant rest periods.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek overtime and doubletime premium wages, interest, all legal fees, statutory penalties and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Alejandro P. Gutierrez of Hathaway, Perrett, Webster, Powers, Chisman & Gutierrez APC in Ventura.
