SAN FRANCISCO –  A Japanese corporation alleges a Hayward business is infringing its patented LED technology.

Nitride Semiconductors Co. LTD filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Rayvio Corp. alleging that the California business sells products that infringes plaintiff's patented UV technology.
