LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles textile company alleges that one of its designs was unlawfully used.
Jitrade Inc. filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Jungho Choo, doing business as Miss California Apparel and doing business as MCC and J enterprise Corp; and Does 1-10 alleging copyright infringement.
