FRESNO – A woman formerly employed by a Fresno County company alleges that she was not paid on time.
Rochelle Costa filed a complaint on May 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Bottling Group LLC and Does 1-10 citing the Private Attorney General Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was employed by the defendant from 2001 and was terminated in July 2016. The plaintiff holds Bottling Group LLC and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay employees in a timely fashion.
The plaintiff seeks damages in an amount to be proven at trial, attorney's fees, costs of suit and such other just and proper relief. She is represented by William M. Marder of Polaris Law Group LLP in Hollister.
