LOS ANGELES – The owner of a sports broadcast alleges that a Pasadena establishment unlawfully intercepted the program.

Zuffa LLC, doing business as Ultimate Fighting Championship, filed a complaint on June 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Western Division against Sarkis Grigoryan and Knarik Mnatsakanyan, individually and doing business as ISIS Lounge and ISIS Bistro Lounge Inc. alleging copyright infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it is the owner of the UFC 2017 Broadcast that was aired via closed-circuit television on Dec. 30, 2016.
