FRESNO – The owner of a Fresno property alleges an individual has been trespassing on his property.

Cameron Wulf filed a complaint on May 17 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Harlow Dawson and Does 1-20 alleging trespass, quiet title, slander of title and other counts.

According to the complaint, the parties own property adjacent to each other and both grow grapes. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant has allowed his mechanical grape harvester to drive onto the plaintiff's property, which has damaged his grapes. The plaintiff alleges repairs are necessary to restore his land to its previous condition.

The plaintiff seeks preliminary and permanent injunction restraining defendants to refrain from encroaching, entering, damaging and threatening plaintiff and his property and award for actual and punitive damages. He is represented by Daniel C. Stein of Baker Manock & Jensen PC in Fresno.
